On Saturday, May 30 Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing system security enhancements to The Work Number® database.  The enhancements are part of a scheduled Oracle upgrade of The Work Number® database.  We appreciate your patience as we work to continue to provide you with industry-leading services.

Please note the following services will be unavailable May 30 at 7 p.m. until May 31 at 7 p.m. CDT:

• Batch and Integrated Verifications of Income and Employment
• Income & Employment Verifications (Web & IVR)
• Research Verifications
• OPAC Government Direct
• Call Center Internal Applications (VAM, WAM, AM, CSA, OPAC)
• The Work Number Employee Application
• The Work Number Employer webManager Application
• Social Services Verifications (Web & IVR)
• Credit Card Processing (Web & IVR)
• Data Loading
