Equifax Workforce Solutions Service Impairment May 7, 2018 3:00 PM

We are currently investigating a technical issue impacting the I-9 Management portal. Users with ampersands in their name may be experiencing intermittent issues when completing Section 1 of the I-9 form . Teams are actively working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, as a workaround, users can complete Section 1 of the I-9 in the WebManager or by using the following steps:

 

  1. Go to NEWI9.com
  2. Enter Employer Name
  3. Enter Employer Code and Captcha text
