As of 5:05 CST, the technical issues impacting Equifax Workforce Solutions Compliance Center and I-9 Management applications have been resolved. Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance.

Some clients may be experiencing login issues with the following services.  Teams are working to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

As part of our ongoing commitment to performance, reliability and security, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing overnight maintenance activities on Saturday, August 17th, 2019 from 10:00 PM CT until 8:00 AM CT. The maintenance is scheduled to occur during non-business hours in order to cause the least interruption to services. These maintenance activities will result in service interruptions for the Tax Form Management applications during this time.  The maintenance is scheduled to occur during non-business hours in order to cause the least interruption to services. Clients may be experiencing intermittent issues logging into Equifax Workforce Solutions applications. Teams are actively working on a resolution.

Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing overnight maintenance activities on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019, from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM CT. These maintenance activities will result in service interruptions for the following applications during this time:

 

  • Compliance Center (including all services accessed through Compliance Center)
  • I-9 Management (all services)
  • Instant Fulfillment Platform
  • Paperless Pay
  • Rapid Reporting
  • Spectrum
  • Tax Form Management
  • Unemployment Cost Management

 

NOTE: Clients using I-9 Management or Compliance Center will not be able to screen or onboard new hires during the maintenance timeframe, and new hires will be unable to start or complete new hire documents.

As of 1:50 PM CST, the technical issue impacting Paperless Pay has been resolved. 

Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance.

**UPDATE** 1 PM CT: Our technical teams are actively working to restore service to the Paperless Pay application, but these maintenance activities are taking longer than anticipated to complete. We will post an update when service is restored.

 

10:30 AM CT: You may be experiencing issues accessing the Paperless Pay application. Teams have identified a resolution and will be performing maintenance activities on the Paperless Pay application from 12:30 PM CT to 1:00 PM CT. During this time frame, the Paperless Pay application will be unavailable
