  • The technical issue impacting The Work Number has been resolved. Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance. 

We are currently investigating a technical issue that impacts The Work Number application.  An update will be posted as more information becomes available.

 

On Tuesday, February 27th, 2018, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing maintenance and application promotion activities. The following may experience service interruptions from 8 pm until 12am Central Time:

 

  • Tax Form & W-2 Management (Web & IVR)
  • W-2 Downloads through TAX Software
  • Electronic Paystubs & Employee Self Service (Web & IVR)

Clients who use SAML to access Compliance Center, I-9 Management, and Tax Form Management may be experiencing issues when accessing their solutions if they have not yet installed a new Equifax encryption certificate.  Please update your SAML configuration to use the new certificate.
