We are currently investigating a technical issue that impacts users printing Employee Data Reports in The Work Number EE/ER. Our teams are actively working on a resolution. An update will be posted as more information becomes available.

We have been notified by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that the E-Verify system will be undergoing system enhancements on Friday,  June 1 from 9 PM ET until Saturday, June 2 at 1 AM ET. During this timeframe, E-Verify will be unavailable.

Equifax I-9 Management users will still be able to create E-Verify cases that will be queued and automatically submitted after the USCIS maintenance window has ended.

As part of our ongoing commitment to performance, reliability, and security, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing overnight maintenance activities on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM CT. These maintenance activities will result in service interruptions for all clients and applications during this time.   • Verification Services (all)

On Tuesday, May 29th, 2018, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing maintenance and application promotion activities. The following may experience service interruptions from 8pm until 12am Central Time:

Equifax I-9 Management users will still be able to create E-Verify cases that will be queued and automatically submitted after the USCIS maintenance window has ended.

Clients may be experiencing issues using standard and custom reporting platforms in the I-9 Management application. Teams are actively engaged and working with Microsoft to resolve this issue. Please do not try to run reports at this time. An update will be posted as more information becomes available.
