The I-9 Management System is currently unable to communicate with the E-Verify system. The E-Verify system is currently down and their team is working to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I-9 Management is active and will continue to queue E-Verify transactions until the issue has been resolved by the E-Verify team. Equifax Workforce Solutions will be implementing a series of updates starting in May that will reinforce the browser compatibility standards required to access our solutions.
Following these updates, your users may encounter alerts or error messages with attempting to access our solutions with outdated browsers. We have been notified by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that the E-Verify system will be undergoing system enhancements from Friday, April 20 at 9 PM ET until Sunday, April 22 at 11:59 PM ET. During this timeframe, E-Verify will be unavailable.
Equifax I-9 Management users will still be able to create E-Verify cases that will be queued and automatically submitted after the USCIS maintenance window has ended.
