Clients who use SAML to access Compliance Center, I-9 Management, and Tax Form Management may be experiencing issues when accessing their solutions if they have not yet installed a new Equifax encryption certificate.  Please update your SAML configuration to use the new certificate. 

We are currently investigating a technical issue that may potentially impact Compliance Center, I-9 Management, and Tax Form Management.  An update will be posted as more information becomes available. 

As part of our ongoing commitment to performance, reliability and security, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing maintenance activities on Saturday, February 17th, 2018.  The maintenance is scheduled to occur during non-business hours in order to cause the least interruption to services.  As the maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, if you experience such an issue, please try again after a few minutes.  Maintenance is set to occur between 10:00pm Saturday and 6:00am Sunday Central time:

On Tuesday, February 13th, 2018, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing maintenance and application promotion activities. The following may experience service interruptions from 8 pm until 12am Central Time:

  • W-2 Downloads through TAX Software
  • Electronic Paystubs & Employee Self Service (Web & IVR)

The technical issue impacting the ACA Management Platform has been resolved. Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance.
