As part of our ongoing commitment to performance, reliability and security, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing maintenance activities on Tuesday, March 20th, 2017.  The maintenance is scheduled to occur during non-business hours in order to cause the least interruption to services.  As the maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, if you experience such an issue, please try again after a few minutes.  Maintenance is set to occur between 8:00pm Tuesday and 12:00am Wednesday Central time:

We have been notified by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that the E-Verify system will be performing system enhancements from Friday, March 23 at 12 AM ET until Monday, March 26 at 8 AM ET. During this timeframe, E-Verify will be unavailable.

Equifax I-9 Management users will still be able to create E-Verify cases that will be queued and automatically submitted after the USCIS maintenance window has ended.

Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing overnight maintenance activities on Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM CT.  These maintenance activities will result in service interruptions for the following applications during this time:

 

  • Compliance Center (including all services accessed through Compliance Center)
  • I-9 Management (all services)
  • Tax Form Management
  • Unemployment Cost Management

Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing overnight maintenance activities on Saturday, March 31, 2018, from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM CT.  These maintenance activities will result in service interruptions for the following applications during this time:

 

  • Compliance Center (including all services accessed through Compliance Center)
  • I-9 Management (all services)
  • Instant Fulfillment Platform
  • Paperless Pay
  • Rapid Reporting
  • Spectrum
  • Tax Form Management
  • Unemployment Cost Management

The technical issue impacting the following applications has been resolved. 

  • Compliance Center
  • I-9 Management
  • Paperless Pay
  • Tax Form Management
  • The Work Number

Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance. 

We are currently investigating a technical issue that may potentially impact the below applications: 

  • Compliance Center
  • I-9 Management
  • Paperless Pay
  • Tax Form Management
  • The Work Number

Teams are actively working on a resolution. 

On Tuesday, March 13th, 2018, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing maintenance
and application promotion activities. The following may experience service interruptions
from 8 pm until 12am Central Time:

 

  • Tax Form & W-2 Management (Web & IVR)
  • W-2 Downloads through TAX Software
  • Electronic Paystubs & Employee Self Service (Web & IVR)
