Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing overnight maintenance activities on Saturday, April 28, 2018, from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM CT.  These maintenance activities will result in service interruptions for the following applications during this time:

 

  • Compliance Center (including all services accessed through Compliance Center)
  • I-9 Management (all services)
  • Instant Fulfillment Platform
  • Paperless Pay
  • Rapid Reporting
  • Spectrum
  • Tax Form Management
  • Unemployment Cost Management

The I-9 Management System is currently unable to communicate with the E-Verify system. The E-Verify system is currently down and their team is working to identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I-9 Management is active and will continue to queue E-Verify transactions until the issue has been resolved by the E-Verify team. Equifax Workforce Solutions will be implementing a series of updates starting in May that will reinforce the browser compatibility standards required to access our solutions.

 

Following these updates, your users may encounter alerts or error messages with attempting to access our solutions with outdated browsers. To avoid any service interruptions, please take the time now to check your browser compatibility. For a list of browsers compatible with your solution, click here.

 

The below list reflects the initial dates when users may begin encountering error message when attempting to access our solutions from an incompatible browser. Updates to other Workforce Solutions platforms will follow throughout the summer.

 

• Paperless Pay: May 22nd

• Tax Form Management: May 22nd

• The Work Number: May 29th

We are currently investigating a technical issue that may potentially impact I-9 Management and E-Verify. An update will be posted as more information becomes available.

The technical issue impacting I-9 Management has been resolved. Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance.

Maintenance activities on The Work Number have been completed.  All sites and services are available 

Equifax Workforce Solutions is currently performing maintenance on The Work Number. Users may experience service interruptions throughout the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have been notified by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that the E-Verify system will be undergoing system enhancements from Friday, April 20 at 9 PM ET until Sunday, April 22 at 11:59 PM ET. During this timeframe, E-Verify will be unavailable.

Equifax I-9 Management users will still be able to create E-Verify cases that will be queued and automatically submitted after the USCIS maintenance window has ended.
