We are currently investigating a technical issue that impacts Tax Form Management Open Financial Exchange (OFX). Users may be experiencing intermittent issues when entering import codes. Teams are actively working on a resolution.

The technical issue impacting Tax Form Management has been resolved. Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance.

On Saturday, March 24, 2018, Equifax Workforce Solutions will be performing maintenance and application promotion activities. The following will experience service interruptions from 2 PM until 10 PM Central Time:

 

  • Unemployment Cost Management (UCM)

***UPDATE: The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has postponed the maintenance activities scheduled for March 23 at 8 AM ET until March 26 at 8 AM ET. E-Verify will remain available during this timeframe. We will provide an update when the maintenance has been rescheduled***

 

We have been notified by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that the E-Verify system will be performing system enhancements from Friday, March 23 at 12 AM ET until Monday, March 26 at 8 AM ET. During this timeframe, E-Verify will be unavailable.

 

Equifax I-9 Management users will still be able to create E-Verify cases that will be queued and automatically submitted after the USCIS maintenance window has ended.
