We have been notified by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that the E-Verify system will be offline for system maintenance on Tuesday, June 5 from 9:00 PM ET until 11:30 PM ET. During this timeframe, E-Verify will be unavailable.

 

Equifax I-9 Management users will still be able to create E-Verify cases that will be queued and automatically submitted after the USCIS maintenance window has ended.

The technical issue impacting Employee Data Reports in The Work Number EE/ER has been resolved. Performance has returned to normal levels and teams are continuing to monitor system performance.

We are currently investigating a technical issue that impacts users printing Employee Data Reports in The Work Number EE/ER. Our teams are actively working on a resolution. An update will be posted as more information becomes available.
