Equifax Workforce Solutions will be implementing a series of updates this summer that will reinforce the browser compatibility standards required to access our solutions.
As a result of these updates, your users may begin to encounter alerts or error messages when attempting to access our solutions with significantly outdated browsers. A list of currently compatible browsers can be found here. Users may begin encountering alert message when attempting to access our solutions from an incompatible browser.
By September 14, 2018 all users will be required to have browser updates in place before accessing any Workforce Solutions web-based applications.
